Ms Angeline Khoo heads the Singapore Airlines’ Customer Experience Department and oversees customer insights, business analytics, experience design, customer experience strategy and management teams to enhance Singapore Airlines (SIA) delivery of exceptional customer experiences worldwide using human-centred design and journey approach. In her 23 years of experience in SIA, Ms Khoo has helmed departments such as Inflight Services, Customer Affairs, Cabin Crew Service Development, Loyalty Marketing Programme and Development. She started her SIA career in Commercial Technology division focusing on Service Technology.
