Previously set on a career in finance, Sunaina Sethi chose to pursue her love of wine and join her brothers in setting up Trishna in 2008, first behind the bar, then as General Manager. Recognised as a Zagat ‘30 under 30’ trailblazer, and the Imbibe Restaurant Personality of the Year in 2016, she achieved her WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits in 2017, and proceeded to set up JKS Restaurants as an approved WSET programme provider. Currently, Sethi oversees the People strategy across the business overseeing HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development with an aim to encourage growth and progression of all JKS staff.
