Luca Virgilio has over 30 years of luxury hospitality experience across Switzerland, Monaco, Italy, and the UK. Since joining Dorchester Collection in 2014 as General Manager of Hotel Eden in Rome, he has overseen major hotel transformations, including most recently, the restoration of The Dorchester in London where he is now the Area General Manager. He also oversees the brand’s global residences portfolio. Widely recognised for his leadership, Virgilio has received numerous industry accolades, including HOTELS Magazine’s GM Hotelier of the World award in 2025.
