Jimmy Carroll is Co-Founder & President of Pelorus—an experiential travel, aviation, and yachting company specialising in ambitious, highly personalised journeys to some of the world’s most extraordinary and remote destinations. Before founding Pelorus in 2017, Carroll served as an officer in the British Army, completing operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was decorated with two gallantry awards before moving into the worlds of expeditions, sport, and luxury. His career has included managing major expeditions and global projects, from high-altitude scientific research to working with Manchester United. Today, Carroll leads Pelorus’ growth in the United States, working closely with private clients and families to rethink what luxury travel can be, combining exploration, access and purpose with exceptional service.
