Bilal El Hammoumy is the co-founder of Inclusive Morocco, an award-winning LGBTQ+-led luxury travel company based in Tangier. With more than a decade of experience in travel and hospitality, he is known for designing immersive journeys that celebrate Morocco’s cultural richness while championing inclusivity and sustainability. In 2025, he was named among Condé Nast Traveller’s Top Travel Specialists and included in Attitude magazine’s “101: Travel 2025” list of influential people in travel. Under his leadership, Inclusive Morocco also received OutThere Magazine’s “Most OutThere Initiative in Inclusive Travel” award at the Experientialist Awards 24/25.
