Dino Michael
SVP & Global Category Head, Luxury Brands & Branded Residential at Hilton
With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dino Michael serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head for Hilton’s luxury brands. In his current position, he oversees the strategic growth of Hilton’s luxury and residential portfolio, which includes nearly 500 hotels integrated since 2024, along with a pipeline of over 70 hotels and an expanding branded residential segment. In his 16 years with the brand, he has collaborated closely with operations teams, developed brand training and culture, and led global brand marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Hilton, Michael worked with Accor, Guoman Hotels, and internationally recognized brands like Caprice Holdings and Giraffe Concepts.
